How long does it take for my ordered items to reach me?

Delivery time varies from 10 – 15 working days excluding the order processing time of 2 working days. Allow a grace period of an additional 1 month if the shipment gets delayed due to any customs policies.

How Do I track my Order?

Once an order has been placed and after successful payment, our team will process the order. Any status change with respect to your shipment will be intimated to you via email.

Is there an Express Shipping Option?

We only provide our customers with free shipping option. No express option is available.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No, we usually don’t accommodate any kind of changes to the shipping address after the order is placed. If you would still want to opt for an address change, you will have to mail your correct shipping address along with your order number to support@getbrazilianhair.com. We will then check with our dealers and can get it changed only if the shipment hasn’t left the dealer’s location.

What if I am unhappy with the product/ ordered a wrong item?

You can return the items as long as it in the same new and unused condition. Kindly mail us at support@getbrazilianhair.com with the reasons for your return and if the same is valid and justifiable, we will ensure that you are either refunded or replaced with the item.

Do I have to pay any custom fee?

Yes if your country demands for it. Please ensure you are totally aware of your country’s customs policies before placing your order with us. It is the customer’s duty to pay for the customs if at all if gets detained by them for some reason.
